Map and stands

Please take notice that the stand structures need to be fireproof (for example decoration fabrics need to be fire resistant). The authorities may ask for fireproof certificates.

It is forbidden to use gas at this venue.

We ask you to take notice that the sound volume on your stand does not disturb other stands or the general program of the event.

We also ask you to deliver a list of all the electronic equipment used in the stand and description or possibly illustration of the stand by 24.3.: hello@carnivals.fi (Subject: description of the stand/electricity HCF2024 / JSK2024 and your company name)

In the map above the stands 14-75 & Village stands:

The stand includes wooden wall elements (see picture below), general lighting for the stand as well as an electrical connection of 240V / 3500W (socket). Examples of electrical devices that the stand's electricity (3500W) is sufficient for:

Example 1: computer, 32” monitor, milk frother, and kettle or coffee maker
Example 2: computer, phone charger, refrigerator
Example 3: small freezer

Stands 14-67 and village stands have wooden wall elements (see picture below)

Stands 71-75 have a black Molton curtain as a back wall. No wall elements.

Village stands are 2x2,5 meters. The village stands include a counter 120cm x 80cm.

The wooden wall elements are 1.8m.

‍If you build or use other wall elements, please note that the maximum height of the side walls is 1.8m and the back walls 2.5m.

You can see from the pics below how the wooden elements are located. One wooden wall element is 90cm (width) x 180cm (height). You can hang something light to the walls like posters or sheets. One hole in the wall element is approx. 15.5cm x 17.5cm.

Storing:

For the stands 14-67, and the Village stands there will be an empty area behind the stands, length of the stand and ca. 0.5-1.0m deep that can be used as storage space.

For the stands 70-75 there is storage space in the service area.

Lighting:

Light design of the event is designed by Sun Effects Oy. Every stand has direct light built from the design structure. However, if you want close and clear light to, for example, product info we recommend you to use spotlights on your stands.

In the map above the stands marked 1001- 1002 & 101- 109

Premium and Platinum stands 1001-1002 & 101-109 include general lighting to the stand and electricity 400V / 9000W (electric power 16A).

‍If you build or use other wall elements, please note that the maximum height of the stands is 2,5m.

For stands 101-109, there will be a black Molton curtain as a back wall. In addition, we will cover all the windows at Merikaapelihalli with a black Molton curtain. If you build walls on the stand where the other side of the wall is facing another stand or the public area make sure that this side of the wall is also clean. Please consider these things when designing your stand.

Storing:

For stands 1001-1002, there's a reserved storage space in the service area. For stands 101-109 there will be an empty area behind the stands, length of the stand and ca. 0.5-1.0m deep that can be used as storage space.
